SUMMARY:Amateur Radio License Testing
DESCRIPTION:The Decatur Amateur Radio Club offers license testing at 1:00 pm on the first Saturday of each month in the Decatur Public Library. Walk-ins are welcome\, but it is much easier if you contact us beforehand so we can be ready with the proper testing material for you. To reserve a spot please contact us with your contact information and the level of license you seek.  The testing fee is $15. \nPlease email us at: \nDecaturHamTest@w4atd.org \nThe Decatur Public Library is located at 504 Cherry Street NE\, Decatur\, AL\, on the block bordered by Sixth Avenue NE (US Highway 31) and Lee Street. A new bank building is under construction across Lee Street. \nWhen you come for a test\, please bring appropriate ID (especially your FRN\, which is required on the license application) so you do not delay your test or the testing of others.
