The Decatur Amateur Radio Club will hold its regular monthly meeting for October in the basement auditorium of the Morgan County Courthouse. We will assemble at 7:30pm on Tuesday, October 1st. The doors to the building must remain locked, so someone will be there to let you in if you arrive BEFORE 7:30 at the lower entrance off of Lee Street.

We plan to discuss possibilities for next year. Please come and provide some thoughts and input for things you’d like from the club.

On another note, the CTCSS tone on the 147.00 repeater has been implemented since Monday, September 2nd, almost exactly one month ago. If you are still having issues with your radio and can bring it to the  meeting, maybe one of those present can help you with setting it up. Please don’t bring the radio out of your car or truck, however, because we will not have a way to power it up. Do bring any manuals or documentation you may have for the radio.
