Greetings! November is still here, and Election Day has come and gone. Sort of.

AND, to make things even more interesting, there’s yet another election being held on this coming Tuesday evening.

The Decatur Amateur Radio Club will hold it’s regular monthly business meeting on Tuesday, November 10th, 2020, at the Morgan County Courthouse in Decatur at 7:30. Please come to the Lee Street entrance to the courthouse, and remember that security rules are in effect. You will have to pass through a metal detector, so please leave all swords, trebuchets, howitzers, and other light or heavy artillery in your car or truck. And please come early since the doors normally remain locked.

We will elect officers for 2021 at this meeting. Please come and help select the club leaders for next year, or volunteer for a post, or just be appointed to something. We always want and need others to step up and help the club.

Other business will also be discussed, including the possibility of an increase in the annual dues.

Please be sure to come and participate in the meeting. And please pass this along to someone you know who may not be aware of the different meeting time and date.

One other matter: one of our older former members is selling his equipment. There is a post on Facebook that lists the items. If you are interested, please send a message and we will get back to you with his contact information.
